  Information regarding the processing of personal data  

Fulfilling the obligation under Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", the Polish Air Force University informs:

  1. The Administrator of your personal data is the Polish Air Force University located in Deblin at No. 35, 303 Dywizjonu Street, 08-521.
  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Supervisor, supervising the correctness of personal data processing at the Polish Air Force University, who can be contacted via e-mail address: iod@law.mil.pl or at telephone number: +48 261 517 474.
  3. Your personal data shall be processed in participation in the conference entitled "Air Defence Development of NATO's Eastern Flank" and in order to take the necessary organizational measures in connection with its implementation. If you consent to the recording and use of your image, it will be used to publish photos or videos of the conference on the University website, the conference website, related social networks or other materials made available in connection with the conference.
  4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation) and the necessity to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c)). Consent to the processing of personal data contained in the conference application is the submission of the application.
  5. Recipients of your personal data may be entities to which the data will be disclosed under applicable law. The recipients of your personal data in the form of your name (title/degree) and image will be visitors to the University's website, the conference website, related social networks and other persons who have access to materials provided in connection with the organization of the conference. 
  6. Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be processed for the period necessary to participate in the conference and take the necessary organizational measures in connection with its implementation, as well as for the period of securing claims. Personal data provided for the issuance of an invoice will be processed for the period necessary for the issuance of the invoice and thereafter for the period indicated by applicable laws. Personal data in the form of image will be until the withdrawal of consent.
  7. Provision of personal data (except for the data necessary for the issuance of invoice) is voluntary, but is a condition for participation in the conference. Provision of personal data for the purpose of invoice is mandatory. Your failure to provide personal data will preclude your participation in the conference. Consent for recording and use of your image is voluntary and its non-expression does not affect your participation in the conference.
  8. You have the right to access your personal data, to correct your personal data, the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, to transfer your personal data and the right to delete your personal data. You do not have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of Personal Data Protection Office.
  10. Your consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by you at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  11. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
